- Pioneered strategies for connecting social media program to external syndication opportunities such as SlideShare.com. Collected 1500 leads in less than 6 months from SlideShare.
- Created successful, repeatable process for event promotion, ranging from video and audio commercials to posting schedules for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and a number of bookmarking sites. One webinar promotion resulted in 100 additional registrations (leads) and a 2500+% ROI.

- Secured independent well known industry blogger to syndicate content on our blog platform.

Tactics, Metrics & Results
- Raised the share of conversation by 50% through development and execution of social media strategic coverage of customer events.

Training and Training Management
- Developed and taught sales training for new and existing
sales force covering market, product positioning and product features. - Created a new hire sales training video.
- Grew training revenue from $0 to $300K revenue and
technical staff from one to five. - Created and delivered video training for third-party field
service providers, saving thousands of dollars in travel and expenses for

Consulting and Consulting Management
