Accomplishments include growing and sustaining telecommunications and network management companies. Direct experience in social media, product management, technical marketing and training. Significant speaking experience in Europe and the US for groups up to hundreds.

    Author of  “42 Rules for B2B Social Media Marketing”, and a member of the Society for New Communications Research. I teach sessions and consult with various groups how to approach social media situations including community, marketing campaigns,  Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, Facebook, and ROI of social media. I am a trained Wikipedian.
